The address comes with the booking
For home visits the client types their address while booking. You get it with their name and number.
Your own cancellation policy
You decide whether the advance is refundable and until when. Clients see your policy before they pay.

The advance is part of the price, not an extra charge.
When you get the advance
The advance reaches your bank about 2 working days after the appointment is completed. The client pays you the rest directly, after the service.
