Terms for Businesses
For artists and businesses that take bookings through Aryun. Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and Aryun & Co, Balagere Road, Bangalore, Karnataka 560087 (GSTIN 29BMKPP0521N1ZN), contact hello@aryun.io. By using an Aryun booking page you accept them.
2. What Aryun does, and what you do
Aryun gives you a booking page, takes advance payments from your clients on your behalf through Razorpay, and passes them to you. You provide the service. You are responsible for your services, prices, timing, hygiene and safety, licences, taxes on your income, and how you treat your clients. Aryun is not your employer, partner or agent beyond collecting the advance for you.
3. Your page and your policy
- You must keep your services, prices, hours and days off accurate. Clients can book any slot your page shows as free.
- You set your own cancellation policy: the advance amount, whether it is refundable, the free-cancellation window, and whether clients may reschedule. The policy shown when a client books is saved with that booking, and that booking is handled under it even if you change your policy later.
- You can always reschedule or cancel a booking yourself.
4. Fees
Your first month is free. After that Aryun costs ₹499 per month including GST. Current pricing is always at aryun.io/pricing. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change.
5. Payouts
- To receive advances you must complete Razorpay's verification (KYC) and add a bank account. Until your payout account is active, your page cannot take advance payments.
- Aryun does not store your bank account number, IFSC or PAN. You give them to Razorpay through our form and they go straight to Razorpay.
- Advances are released when you mark the booking completed, or automatically 48 hours after the appointment; they reach your bank about 2 working days after release. Marking a client as a no-show releases it too.
- If a client cancels late and your policy keeps the advance, it is released to you.
- We may pause the release of an advance only for suspected fraud or a payment dispute or chargeback on that payment.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel a booking, the client is refunded everything they paid, and the refund is started immediately, from the advance being held for you. This applies whatever your policy says.
- If a client cancels within your free-cancellation window and your policy makes the advance refundable, the advance is refunded to them.
- Until an advance is released, you can refund the full advance from the booking in your dashboard. The client gets it back and is told.
- After an advance has been released, Aryun does not make refunds. Any refund after that is between you and the client.
- Before release, refund through the dashboard, not in cash or by UPI, so that the held advance goes back to the client and is not also paid to you.
- Aryun does not decide disputes between you and your clients.
- Repeated cancellations by you harm clients. We may contact you, and may suspend a page that cancels often.
7. Chargebacks and disputed payments
Sometimes a client asks their bank to reverse a payment (a chargeback or dispute). Disputed payments for your bookings are your responsibility.
- We will tell you and ask for what you have (booking details, messages, proof the appointment happened). We pass this to Razorpay. The bank, not Aryun, decides.
- If the dispute is lost, the amount and any fee the bank or Razorpay charges for it are owed by you.
- We may recover that amount from advances that are being held for you or from your future advances. If that is not enough, you agree to pay the difference when asked.
8. Client data
You receive your clients' names, phone numbers and, for home visits, addresses. Use them only to provide and manage their bookings. Do not sell or share them, and do not send marketing without the client's consent. If a client asks you to delete their details, tell us.
9. What is not allowed
Illegal services, services you are not qualified or licensed to provide, misleading prices, fake bookings to move money, or abuse of clients. We may suspend or close a page that does this, and refund affected clients from held advances.
10. Ending
You can stop using Aryun at any time; tell us and we will take your page down. Existing bookings must be honoured or cancelled (and refunded) first. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Money already owed to you is still paid, less any refunds and disputed amounts.
11. Liability
We run the service with reasonable care but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for lost bookings or lost income. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you beforehand. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
